About Face
A Total Change of Attitude Or Point Of View.
One simple rule, your frame shape should be the opposite of your face shape.
About Style
There's a Story Behind Your Style.
Sometimes things happen that cause you to change, same goes for your style.
Because people see your face first.
A frame that draws you and speaks the style you want to show is the first consideration to choosing your reading glasses frame. Selecting a frame shape that flatters your features will bring out your personal best and fit you most comfortably.
Most face shapes fall into the 5 categories we’ve highlighted and can be used for your reference.
About Your Nose
The shape of your nose will affect how your reading glasses fit you. Plastic frames with formed bridges have less flexibility in terms of fit than metal frames with adjustable nose pads.
Usually, very narrow or wide noses are best fit with frames with adjustable nose pads but it’s also just a matter of personal preference.
Just A Few More Things
Frame Size
RULE: Keep readers in scale with your face size and stature. Frames should extend to the widest part of your face, even slightly beyond. Temples should fit securely around your ears.
BREAK THE RULE: Make it small or oversized for an edgy polished look.
Frame Shape
RULE: Frame shape should contrast your face shape. Angles slim and curves soften. Change your glasses, change your looks- sounds cliché, but it's true!
BREAK THE RULE: Dress the part to be the part.
Frame Color
RULE: Use color to accentuate your best features. Highlight your eyes, hair color, enhance your complexion or just brighten up your everyday look.
BREAK THE RULE: Switch it up to show the many sides of you.
